ABOUT THIS ROLE

You'll work throughout the greater Austin area, meeting clients, supporting your team, and building relationships. While shifts vary, all work is scheduled within standard business hours, giving you the flexibility to structure your day for maximum impact and income.

In this role, you spend your time combining fieldwork with focused sales activity. You begin by touching base with your team and setting clear targets. You're out in neighborhoods, building connections and canvassing for leads, while also managing and closing qualified opportunities provided by the company. You're always on the move, balancing personal sales with mentoring junior reps, ensuring they're developing the skills needed to succeed.
