7 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM, Can be Flexible 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM or 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM Temporary

Order Fulfillment Specialist Responsibilities

  • Lead initiation of the scheduling and routing processes for all outbound shipments, working cross functionally with transportation counterparts, as well as customer contact points
  • Utilize systems to monitor expected outbound shipments, expediting fulfillment where opportunities exist, managing customer expectations when issues are presented
  • Ensure scheduled and routed shipments are completed on time to customer expectations, quickly escalating process challenges when appropriate
  • Assist with the initiation of the shipping process across distribution facilities daily

Requirements For Order Fulfillment Specialist

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least one year of relevant distribution or fulfillment experience with leading technologies
  • In depth knowledge of end to end OTC business processes including areas such as Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Invoice Management and Inventory Segmentation and Management preferred
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, outstanding analytical skills, and exceptional communication / interpersonal skills
  • Desire to seek out improvement opportunities from both a process and system standpoint
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment, can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, team player, highly motivated with an upbeat personality and a positive attitude
  • Excellent decision-making skills with a customer focus
  • Has a global mindset and can communicate effectively across a global organization
