Strategy & Operations Manager United States - Remote

What You"ll Do :

• Manage a team of data analysts and engineers to support SMB, CMRL, and MM in day-to-day actions, including book building, territory management, and internal tool development.
• Reporting, Analytics & Insights : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key rep performance metrics (e.g., activity levels, conversion rates, pipeline generation, SLA adherence). Analyze AE / SDR performance data to identify trends and opportunities; provide regular reports and recommendations to GTM leadership and Sales. Support forecasting and planning efforts.
• Collaboration & Strategic Projects : Partner with account management to strengthen pre- and post-sales alignment. Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales rep effectiveness and overall sales pipeline health.
