Location : Colonial Heights, VA (Onsite Role)

On-Site Requirement : Mandatory on-site presence (5 days / week) to start. No exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support across the agency within the Richmond District.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and wireless devices.
- Manage and escalate issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing—with individuals and groups.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrating a "customer first" attitude.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Desktop products and mobile device environments.
- Assist users with desktop applications and mobile device functionality in an enterprise setting.
- Create and maintain basic training documentation as needed.
- Lift and transport IT equipment weighing up to 25 pounds when required.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Desktop products, including Windows, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and MS Teams – 6 monthsExperience with troubleshooting tools and managing desktops and wireless devices – 6 monthsStrong customer service orientation with a proactive and empathetic approach – 6 monthsExcellent verbal and written communication skills – 6 monthsAbility to perform problem management and escalation to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction – 6 monthsCapability to lift equipment up to 25 pounds – 6 monthsHighly Desired Skills
