National Cart Company is looking to add a Senior Lead- Receiving to our team! As a Senior Lead in Receiving, you will be responsible for overall operations within assigned area. Adheres to and upholds plant policies and procedures. Senior Lead is accountable for safety, quality, and productivity. Utilizes progressive discipline with Supervisor / Manager's assistance to ensure accountability to department productivity objectives. Fosters a well-trained and motivated workforce. A Senior Lead will assume duties of Product Category Manager / Supervisor in their absence, but does not personally give associate disciplinary actions, reviews, merit increases, etc.
