Job Summary

The team member will be a part of the Business Systems Consulting Team working alongside our other team members providing their expertise for current and proposed systems (people, process and technology). The team member should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with our engagement leaders to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for customers' projects. The following are additional duties and responsibilities expected of this role :

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes, and technology)
• Support clients through ERP implementations
• Convert records for input into new systems for data migration
• Consult with clients on best practices related to their business processes
• Quickly learn systems and software applications, and be able to assist clients with system implementation and restructuring projects
• Participate in conversations with a variety of businesses in multiple industries about how to achieve their business goals
• Research and recommend optimal technology eco systems
• Communicate with software vendors to outline company technology needs
• Assist with preparing key findings and analysis reports on client systems
• Leading and / or participating in special projects and activities as assigned
