Baca & Howard P.C. is a full-service accounting firm located in the Uptown area of Albuquerque. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing, dynamic team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Albuquerque, NM. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including but not limited to :
- Assist with phones and direct calls accordingly.
- Assist with billing, payment processing, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate shipping / receiving all packages through FedEx, UPS, and regular mail, and distribute to employees.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office and kitchen area, including supplies.
- Manage office supplies, including daily restock and maintenance of coffee, drinks, and snacks.
- Participate in the cross-training of all admin functions across departments.
- Collaborate with others on projects / tasks outside of their “usual” assignments.
Qualifications
