Key Responsibilities :
Lead the growth of the transportation practice, driving client development, proposal pursuits, and strategic partnershipsOversee technical quality, project delivery, and profitability of transportation contractsBuild and maintain strong relationships with state DOTs, municipalities, and local agenciesDirect and mentor engineering and project management staff, fostering collaboration and technical excellenceDevelop and execute business strategies including pursuits in conventional delivery, design-build, and P3 projectsRepresent the firm at top-level client meetings, negotiations, and professional organizationsQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering + Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida15+ years of diverse engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or management rolesProven track record delivering and winning highway / transportation projects with FDOT and local government agenciesStrong client network in Florida, with ability to secure new contracts and expand relationshipsExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to integrate technical expertise into winning business strategiesCompensation & Benefits :
