• Create scalable high performance and secure AEM based web application architectures
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring they adhere to AEM best practices coding standards and design patters
• Work with business analysts project managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure AEM applications are optimized for performance and can scale to meet future demands and complex enterprise requirements
• Design develop and maintain AEM components templates and custom solutions
• Manage and optimize digital content and assets for websites ensuring seamless user experiences and personalized content delivery
• Configure the AEM authoring publish and dispatcher environments and implement features using AEMs tools like Apache sling and OSGi
• Work closely with designers marketing teams to meet the organizational goals and deliver digital experiences.
• Must have migration experience in migrating from Sitecore to AEM
