The Analytics Director is responsible for leading teams of analytic professionals across Analytics and Business Intelligence functions with enterprise business domain scope. This leader is responsible for creating Analytics or Business Intelligence firmwide capability strategy and implementing the strategic direction of the function. As a people leader, this leader is responsible for managing a highly engaged workforce and developing team members on their career progression through coaching and feedback. They work in collaboration with senior leader business stakeholders, including Operating Committee, Leadership Coalition, Business Segment and Value Team Leaders, ensuring the delivery of quality work products (e.g. complex analytics resulting in insights to inform enterprise-wide decisions, tools to understand and manage enterprise-wide business performance).

What you'll do :

• Define, implement, and mature enterprise level Analytic and BI strategies and programs to meet the analytic needs of the firm.
• Execute the firm's Knowledge-Powered strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and leading the execution of business opportunities and complex problems that can be solved through analytics. Support the execution of analytics and Business Intelligence needs across the firm including but not limited to :

Extracting insights from large structured and unstructured databases
