What You’ll Do
As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our U.S. customers — processing and tracking orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every experience with Steel Blue is positive and professional.
You’ll work closely with our Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and on-time deliveries. You’ll also support administrative, marketing, and warehouse coordination tasks that help keep our operations running seamlessly.
