As a Sr. People Business Partner at HighLevel, you will serve as a trusted thought partner to executive and functional leaders across our G&A division, including People, Legal, Finance, IT, and.

This role will lead strategic people initiatives, advise leadership on organisation effectiveness, and enable G&A teams to scale effectively while aligning with HighLevel's mission and culture. You will influence business outcomes by crafting and executing forward-looking talent strategies grounded in data, empathy, and business acumen.

What You'll Do

Strategic HR Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor on organisational design, role clarity, and team development.
• Support change management efforts and business transformation initiatives within G&A.
• Proactively identify talent gaps, organisational health risks, and structural inefficiencies, presenting clear action plans.
• Partner cross-functionally on workforce planning and headcount management across departments.
