Position Summary :

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a critical and proactive role in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent that meets the company's staffing needs. You will partner closely with the Senior Recruiter to prioritize sourcing efforts, review pipelines and share marketplace insights. Often, you will be the candidate's first introduction to the bank so it will be critical that you represent the bank professionally and understand the organizational structure as well as the bank's unique benefits and offerings. This role is for someone who recognizes the importance of timing and relationship building to find the right job for the right candidate.

This role will report into the Senior Recruiter and will sit within the Human Resources Department.

We have a flexible work schedule where employees can work from home one day a week.

Essential duties and responsibilities :

• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify quality passive and active candidates in the market
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pipelined candidates, keeping them up to date on the status of relevant open positions.
• Gather intelligence around specific talent pools and industries, sharing insights and recommended recruitment strategies with senior recruiter.
• Maximize the use of Greenhouse for streamlined and efficient sourcing, recruitment, interviewing and hiring manager and candidate experience. Ensure process flows are developed and adopted throughout the recruitment, hiring and boarding phases.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through the offer stage, including phone screening, presenting, interview scheduling and preclosing, for a select group of open requisitions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partner and Senior Recruiter on internal mobility, following established policies and procedures.

Required knowledge, skills and experience :

Potential Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 annually

This salary range reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
