This is a part-time position, in office three days per week. Those days can be split between Mondays - Thursdays.
Primary Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Services
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure they feel welcome and attended to.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Sort, distribute, and scheduled incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Building liaison (maintenance request, keycard pick-up, visitor’s list)
Administrative Support
Schedule, order, and setup in office lunches.Assist with data entry, filing, copying, and other clerical tasks.Monitor and replenish office and pantry suppliesKeep the pantry area cleanWater office plantsKeep the general office area tidyKeep our CRM (Monday.com) up to date, updating client list, and proposals.Maintain the conference room calendar.Assistance with stamping or crimping documents.Ability to assist troubleshooting hardware or software.Manage any general inquiries from our website.Check pick-ups ( very rarely )
