Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hospital billing operations across various settings

Act as a liaison between internal finance teams and the outsourced billing partner

Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

8+ years of hospital revenue cycle management experience (non-Epic systems preferred)

Proven success in managing outsourced billing operations or vendor transitions

Strong knowledge of hospital billing processes and reimbursement methodologies

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Master's Degree preferred
