Integrations & Data Analytics Manager
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Overland Park, KS. Candidates must currently reside in the Kansas City Metro area or be in the process of relocating prior to the start date.

POSITION SUMMARY : The Integrations & Data Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the integration and analytics functions within a third-party logistics (3PL) company. This role manages the full customer integration lifecycle covering ERP, sales platforms, and third-party eCommerce / retail platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Cin7, SPS Commerce, and EDI VANswhile also overseeing the company's data analytics team to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and performance tracking.
The manager leads teams of technical analysts and data analysts, ensuring customer requirements are gathered, integrations are delivered successfully, and data is transformed into meaningful intelligence for both customers and internal stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Integration Management
- Lead and mentor a team of technical analysts who guide customers through new integrations.
- Manage the integration pipeline, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively.
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into clear specifications for engineering teams.
- Oversee testing, validation, and go-live processes for ERP, eCommerce, and EDI integrations.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing contact during integration projects, including kickoff meetings, requirements workshops, and status updates.
Data Analytics Management
Manage the data analytics team to ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that measure operational performance, integration health, and customer success metrics.Partners with leadership and customers to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.Ensure proper data governance, quality, and compliance across analytics initiatives.Drive adoption and continuous improvement of BI tools and analytics practices.Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Coach and develop analysts to strengthen technical and business-facing skills.Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned for both integrations and analytics.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Account Management teams to streamline processes.Support pre-sales activities with integration and reporting expertise.Other duties as assigned.
THE PERSON | MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in integration management, implementation, or project management in logistics, SaaS, or supply chain environments.5+ years of experience managing data analytics or BI teams.Strong knowledge of eCommerce, ERP, and retail data flows (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Cin7, SPS Commerce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).Hands-on experience with EDI integrations (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and VANs.Proficiency with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL).Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and data warehousing concepts.PMP, CSM, or analytics certifications (CBIP, CAP, etc.) preferred.KEY ATTRIBUTES :

While infrequent, employee may need to visit warehouse locations in which employee may need to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
