Advanced Practice Clinician Executive Director

Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Executive Director to lead and oversee the integration, performance, and development of our APC teams across various specialties, including, but not limited to, Women's Health, Primary Care, Medical Specialties and Surgical Specialties. This leadership role will collaborate closely with physician leaders and administrators across the care continuum (ambulatory and acute care) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Sutter West Bay Medical Group Chief Executive Officer. This role requires a high degree of activation energy and adaptability, functioning in a dynamic, start-uplike environment where building structure, process, and culture will be central to success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Team Development

Directly supervise and mentor APC lead roles overseeing Women's Health, Primary Care, Medical Specialty Services and Surgical Specialty Services.

Ensure APCs adhere to clinical best practices, institutional policies, and regulatory standards.

Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal APC coverage across specialties.

Participate in strategic planning to align APC services with organizational goals and patient needs.
