Job Overview

As a member of the marketing systems team, the Senior Personalization Technical Solutions will be responsible for technical product management : gather business requirements, prioritize technology solutioning and implementation to maximize business value and resource availability. This role is detail intensive, requiring the accurate capture and translation of data requirements (both tactical and analytical needs) and validation / verification of the working solution. This role requires in depth technical knowledge to implement scalable solutions.

What You Will Do

• Participate in end-to-end solutions (Requirement gathering, planning, solutioning, development execution and documentation) for CRM triggers and CRM journey communications.
• Perform thorough data analysis to assess feasibility of building expected solution and outline limitations / call-outs.
• Work with strategy, product and vendors to understand business challenges and ensure technical feasibility; Participate in solutioning and operations support.
• Identify upstream and downstream impacts and work with internal business teams, tech partners and external vendors to support new features and functionality.
• Translate high-level business requirements into actionable and achievable products.
• Clearly document requirements (business and technical).
• Build robust data flows, data models, and schemas for real-time / batch processing and segmentation.
• Define and evolve technical roadmaps aligned with business and IT objectives, including UAT and documentation of test strategies.
• Present status, milestones and issues to management and to other stakeholders related to assigned projects.
• Vendor management and ensure scalable and operationally efficient integrations are in place.
