HRIS Coordinator

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a HRIS Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in La Vergne, TN.

HRIS Coordinator provides ongoing support to the HRIS function including report writing and analysis, providing first line end-user support, administrative maintenance of HR / TA systems, auditing of system data and ensuring policy compliance, correcting data entry, and maintaining system documentation. Ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization to include user systems training and system data integrity.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or year for year experience
• 2 years' experience working with relational databases, queries and reporting in HRIS / ERP systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Access, SQL, SAP, Ceridian, Lawson or similar)
• 1 year experience in report development utilizing Excel (advanced macros / formulas), Crystal Reports or other report writing tools

Key Responsibilities :

Hiring Salary Range : $21.74HR - $26.94HR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to : the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
