Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Logistics Site

As a Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Logistics Site in Fredericksburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the site. You will also provide exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting a welcoming environment for all. Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Mon 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Thur 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Fri 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sat 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sun 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to established protocols.
  • Assist with access control by observing and reporting on individuals entering and exiting the location.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding security-related matters as required.

  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
