Competitive base + performance incentives that reward results. 7-15 years of operational leadership experience in industrial coatings, marine, construction, or oil & gas. Hands-on knowledge of abrasive blasting, industrial painting, and scaffolding operations. Track record of leading crews, coordinating multiple sites, and delivering on time and budget. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves one day and thinking strategically the next. Strong grasp of coatings specs, safety protocols, and field logistics. Entrepreneurial mindset - you see problems early, solve them fast, and build processes that last. NACE / AMPP or SSPC certifications a plus (but strong real-world experience goes a long way too).

What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day field operations across multiple job sites, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
- Build and strengthen operational systems for sandblasting and coating projects.
- Lead and mentor foremen and crews-creating clarity, accountability, and growth.
- Develop practical scheduling, logistics, and resource plans that balance speed, safety, and cost control.
- Partner with the owner and estimating team to plan, price, and execute projects with precision.
- Instill a strong safety and quality culture that keeps us ahead of industry standards.
- Help shape the company's growth strategy, operational structure, and leadership team as we scale.
