The Role
This individual will combine the discipline and persistence of a high-impact sales producer with the finesse and polish required to serve an elite clientele . They will proactively identify, engage, and convert affluent prospects into Cenegenics members while also ensuring every in-office interaction reflects our promise of a five-star, luxury health experience .
You will be trained in our diagnostic protocols and support functions, ensuring a smooth member journey from initial contact through handoff to the clinical care team.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Drive membership growth for the Beverly Hills flagship through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Act as a polished, persuasive brand ambassador in one of the world’s most competitive and affluent markets.
- Consistently meet and exceed membership enrollment goals.
Luxury Member Experience
Deliver an exceptional in-office experience, ensuring members feel valued, supported, and cared for at every touchpoint.Administer and support diagnostic testing with professionalism and precision.Serve as the key liaison to the care team, ensuring smooth handoffs and seamless continuation of member services.Brand Ambassadorship
Represent Cenegenics’ values with a professional, luxury-minded presence.Embody the health enthusiast mindset and physical presence expected of our brand.Uphold the reputation of Beverly Hills as the flagship of precision health and longevity medicine.Qualifications
2–5 years of sales, business development, or luxury service experience (health, fitness, wellness, concierge medicine, or high-end hospitality a plus).Proven success in consultative, high-ticket sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade affluent clientele.Polished, professional presence with a passion for health, fitness, and longevity.Comfort managing both in-office member-facing responsibilities and external business development.CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management.What We Offer
