Overview
Talent Acquisition Manager- Retail at Guitar Center. The role involves leading music education initiatives within Guitar Center Stores, with emphasis on teaching and expanding music lesson programs in alignment with the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
- Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
- Assist with customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long-term students by creating a great experience.
- Engage in additional duties as assigned.
Student & Parent Partnership
Communicate frequently with students and families, building trusting relationships and incorporating parental input where appropriate.Share progress and goals with students and parents on a regular basis.Requirements
Previous experience in music, education, or related field.Ability to teach the instrument(s) in which the candidate is proficient (e.g., drums, guitar, keyboard).Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the area to be taught.Benefits & Culture
