About the Role

Crusoe is scaling rapidly, and the services that power our corporate functionsfrom financial and legal services to human resources and travelare more critical than ever. We are looking for a strategic and analytical Category Manage, Corporate Services to build, own, and execute the sourcing strategy for these essential categories.

In this role, you will be a key business partner to our corporate leaders, responsible for delivering value, mitigating risk, and ensuring we have the right supplier relationships to support our ambitious growth. You will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from initial strategy and market analysis to contract negotiation and ongoing supplier performance management. This is a high-impact position that requires a deep understanding of corporate services, a passion for building strong stakeholder relationships, and a drive for continuous improvement.

This role will be required to be in office five days / week in our San Francisco, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, Denver, CO, or Seattle, WA office.

What You'll Be Working On

• Develop Sourcing Strategies : Create and implement sourcing plans for corporate services, including finance, legal, human resources, and travel.
• Lead the Procurement Process : Manage the end-to-end cycle for key services, from needs assessment to contract execution.
• Drive Cost Reduction : Conduct spend analysis and market research to identify savings opportunities and service improvements.
• Manage Supplier Relationships : Oversee supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Partner with Stakeholders : Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Legal, and HR to align procurement with business goals.
• Negotiate Contracts : Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms with all corporate service providers.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize the corporate services procurement function.
