job_description.job_card.job_descriptionJoin the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team. Handle Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations / trials. JD from an accredited Law School. Admitted to practice in PA; admission to the NJ bar is a plus. At least 5+ years of significant experience in related fields. Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first-party breach of contract and / or third-party liability claims and related bad faith issues. Generous bonuses based on billable hours, averaging $12-14k per associate. Last year's bonuses were $18,000 per each associate. Hybrid work model allows flexibility, with around 2 days per week in the office.
