Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated part time Legal Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of our attornies, providing support and ensuring they are able to carry out their duties. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and carry out a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and detail-oriented.

Provide general administrative supportCommunicate with clientsopen new filesPrepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefsEnsure that case-related documents are well organized and available for reviewfamiliarity with workers compensation documentsMaintain and update documentationscheduling depositionsother admin tasks as neededQualifications
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role is preferredCertification or diploma as a Legal Secretary is preferredFamiliarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court systemStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with document management experienceExcellent research skillsComfortable Microsoft Office and CLIO case management softwareAbility to multitask and work well under pressure in fast paced environmentFlexible work from home options available.
