Technical Support Specialist 2

Clarest Health is seeking a Tier 2 Support Specialist to deliver IT support for technical issues related to Microsoft's core business applications and virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.

Responsibilities :

• Provide IT support services for Zebra and Sato label printers and scanners, along with various other label and laser printers.
• Offer technical assistance for Microsoft-related technologies, such as Windows Server, O365, and SharePoint.
• Support end users with hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and provide technical services at the network level, focusing on WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Citrix, manage user accounts, document systems, communicate incident progress to end users, and collaborate with the Engineering and Application support teams as necessary.
