Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in supporting our people and culture across offices and teams. This position partners closely with the Regional Director of Human Resources to deliver hands-on HR support, guidance, and solutions in areas including team member relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, and engagement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, proactive, and approachable HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about creating a positive and equitable team member experience.

Compensation :
The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including :
