• Current state RN license is required.\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of hire.\n
• A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n
• Perform nursing duties as assigned and requested.\n
• Conduct focused patient assessments with regular reassessments.\n
• Evaluate patient conditions, medications, and treatments effectively.\n
• Manage and assess patient pain, using appropriate techniques for relief.\n
• Provide comprehensive patient care and communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.\n
• Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to the 6 rights of medication administration.\n
• Assist physicians during procedures and perform technical and manual skills as needed.\n
• Deliver treatments and services as per licensure standards.\n
• Maintain a safe and efficient patient care environment.\n
