- Current state RN license is required.\n
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of hire.\n
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.\n
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n
- Perform nursing duties as assigned and requested.\n
- Conduct focused patient assessments with regular reassessments.\n
- Evaluate patient conditions, medications, and treatments effectively.\n
- Manage and assess patient pain, using appropriate techniques for relief.\n
- Provide comprehensive patient care and communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.\n
- Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to the 6 rights of medication administration.\n
- Assist physicians during procedures and perform technical and manual skills as needed.\n
- Deliver treatments and services as per licensure standards.\n
- Maintain a safe and efficient patient care environment.\n
