Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project plans. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance and resolve any construction issues. Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules. Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered and utilized efficiently. Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any unexpected challenges or changes in project scope. Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience in managing construction projects within the commercial building and construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
