Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to support PreK12 students across multiple school sites in Alexandria, LA. These positions involve providing speech and language services on an itinerant basis throughout the school district during the 20252026 school year.
Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders for a caseload of approximately 6080 students. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective therapy strategies tailored to each student's needs. This role requires traveling between schools within the district, with paid travel provided.
