Rockstar is seeking a Senior HR Operations Analyst to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, meticulously organized, will have sound knowledge and experience consolidating, analyzing, interpreting and presenting HCM data to support HR's strategic decision making. This position will report to the Director of Global HR Operations.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

• The Rockstar Games HR Operations Team supports areas relating to HRIS / employee data, benefits, compensation, business intelligence, HR analytics, compliance, and policy management.
• We align and implement global strategies across all our locations.
• We seek to deliver improvements across our HRIS and internal processes.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below

$108,000 - $161,000 USD
