We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to support front desk operations, student transitions, attendance tracking, and general administrative tasks. This role also assists with communications, admissions, academic logistics, and school-wide coordination.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Associate’s degree or higher with 3–4 years of office experience
  • Strong data entry and database management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel - Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay based on experience starting at $22 / hr
