- Respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Support guests with any special requests or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold a courteous and approachable demeanor at all times when interacting with guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support management.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
