A start-up client in the Austin, TX area is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer! This role will be on-site in Austin 5 days / week, with up to 50% travel to customer sites domestically and internationally.
In this role, you will be responsible for daily robot and system operation, repairs, maintenance, and spare parts management both internally and at customer facilities. This role is primarily focused on maintaining high uptime on robotic systems, documenting performance, tracking fleet reliability, and training other team members. You will work closely with cross-functional teams providing feedback on how to implement this new system, improve the design, and integrate it with various other technologies.

The rate for this role varies based off of experience and candidate location, but is roughly $110-130K.
