- Company matched 401K\n\nAs an Addus / Ambercare Registered Nurse (RN), you will : \n
- Assess, plan and implement care using the nursing process to address patients' health care needs.\n
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate findings effectively, documenting all observations in the clinical record.\n
- Manage nursing procedures, including medication administration, according to the State Nurse Practice Act and plan of care.\n
- Edukate patients and caregivers on appropriate self-care techniques.\n
- Communicate with Case Managers, physicians, and families about any changes in a patient's condition.\n
- Conduct visits to supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides as required by state regulations.\n
- Maintain effective data management systems for service quality and outcome measurement.\n
- Identify and report any potential risk management issues and ensure compliance with legal reporting requirements.\n
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.\n
- Uphold confidentiality standards concerning sensitive information.\n
- Demonstrate regular attendance and adapt to agency needs.\n
- Adhere to all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.\n
- Follow all company policies and procedures, performing other related duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements : \n
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.\n
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.\n
