Digital & Tech Sr Technical Delivery Manager

As a CBRE D&T Sr Technical Delivery Manager, you will assist with providing strategic vision and supervision to the department responsible for developing and implementing digital technologies to drive business growth.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
• Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical partners
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to address them
• Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including business leaders, data scientists, and IT teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
• Develop and maintain a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data quality and integrity standards and procedures
• Identify and mitigate data-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain a data analytics roadmap to drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data analytics and Engineering team
• Collaborate with partners to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data infrastructure and tools
• Supervise the continuous review of digital systems and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Execute departmental internal controls, financial policies, procedures, and projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the business
• Maintain annual department budgets and manage the financial performance of digital platforms
• Identify and solve sophisticated, multi-dimensional problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department
• Establish and maintain service level expectations for support of standard digital platforms
• Coordinate system strategies with field management, accounting, other client support groups, and senior business leaders
• Review current and proposed systems and procedures and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values, persuading managers and other colleagues to take action while being guided by the organization's functional business plans
