A leading food production facility in Ponca City is seeking experienced Production Supervisors to oversee operations on the processing floor. This role is essential to maintaining high standards in food safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• & & Organize and direct daily production activities to meet scheduled targets
• & & Monitor operational metrics including yield, efficiency, uptime, and labor cost
• & & Ensure product quality and food safety standards are consistently met
• & & Lead hourly associates in safety practices and risk management
• & & Support employee relations, training, and performance development
• & & Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and training plans
• & & Participate in product development and operational initiatives as needed
