Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is $44,700 - $84,500 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

We are currently seeking a Physical Security Analyst that will provide physical security support and guidance to the Old National enterprise. This position works with all team members in developing safe and secure operating processes and procedures within their respective line of business and in concert with all lines of business. This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and operation of various electronic security systems including the development and design of new installations and ongoing standards for their deployment.

Key Accountabilities

• Frequent and ongoing communication and correspondence with Old National team members experiencing or involved in various scenarios with a physical security component.
• Provide physical security training, guidance and coaching as situations warrant
• Operate and utilize the various electronic security systems and tools deployed at Old National.
• Conduct physical security risk assessments of Old National locations and related situations.
• Liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement officials as it relates to physical security and related incidents at Old National locations.
• Prepare written reports of significant physical security incidents at Old National locations.
• Consult with leadership on Physical Security processes, procedures and standards.
• Consult with leadership in the development of Physical Security training materials and deliver to ONB team members
• Consult with leadership and participate in various corporate and facilities projects with physical security components.
