A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner to join their Revenue Operations organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own the operational cadence for the assigned sales segment, monitoring metrics and identifying risks and opportunities
Conduct root cause analysis with sales leadership to understand performance drivers and implement corrective action plans
Drive the adoption of operational excellence and ensure adherence to best practices in sales processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a strategic Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Partner role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven strategic mindset with the ability to provide forward-looking insights beyond immediate data requests
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience in synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations
Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau for building self-service reporting
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools is essential
