Plymouth Psych Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Implementation Manager to lead critical projects and improve operational efficiency within the company. This is a part-time position, ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys implementing technology-driven solutions. The role will involve managing multiple key initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, technology management, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Evaluate and streamline clinic workflows to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to support the clinic's growth and success.
- Identify areas for improvement and execute strategies to enhance productivity and service delivery.
Employee Management & Support
Assist with staff scheduling, performance tracking, and resource allocation.Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure clear communication and goal alignment.Support onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for staff.Project & Implementation Management
Lead and oversee projects that support clinic operations, growth, and service improvements.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with clinic goals.Collaborate with leadership to implement new programs, technologies, or policies.Administrative & Compliance Support
Maintain and improve clinic documentation, policies, and operational protocols.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and inform decision-making.Qualifications :
Experience : 2+ years in operations, project management, healthcare administration, or a related field.Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus.
