General Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
5+ years of General Manager experience in entertainment venues, or high-volume upscale restaurantsExperience with community outreach and engagementSelf-driven, results-oriented, and highly organizedProven track record of driving operational excellence and team successValid state alcohol-server certification and ServSafe Manager certification requiredMust be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periodsExperience with new restaurant openings preferredGeneral Manager Preferred Background & Skills :
Proven leadership and motivational abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident decision-maker with strong problem-solving instinctsComfortable interacting with guests, team members, vendors, and partners at all levelsHigh standards for guest satisfaction and service qualitySkilled in multitasking, delegation, and managing multiple priorities under pressureHolds self and team accountable to consistently deliver high performance
