Clean as needed Snow removal as needed Maintain campus, group homes, Day Hab and Annex buildings Access any safety issues Follow instruction of supervisor Work as part of a team to help repair, maintain a safe and clean environment for students / consumers Assumes other responsibilities as assigned. Sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position Must possess sight and hearing senses, or use prosthetics that will enable Must function independently, have personal integrity, be flexible and able to work Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability
