Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain collateral for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to drive strategic value
Lead initiatives to identify customer churn risks and support CSMs with mitigation strategies
Optimize account allocation and ensure Customer Success-related tools are structured for scalability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years in Customer Success Management or Enablement in a SaaS or technology-enabled services company
Expertise in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
Experience with customer success platforms is preferred
Project management skills are advantageous
