We are looking for a talented, passionate and creative Product Engineering Technical Program Manager to support the pre-production rollout of new products within the FPGA BU. This cross-functional role involves interaction with Test Engineering, Package Engineering, Yield Enhancement, Engineering Planners, Qualification Engineers, Quality, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate early builds for engineering in support of validation
• Manage inventory and coordinate Early Sample (ES) and pre-production (PP) builds in support of family rollout, stocking plans, and pre-production forecast
• Monitor package test yields through statistical analysis
• Work on enhancements to meet test goal targets
• Manage production holds to enable customer shipments and revenue
• Develop scripts to monitor yields, track builds and identify bottlenecks; report status to rollout team

Pay and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in California, is $70,000 - $163,000. This range is dependent on location, skills, and experience. We offer a total compensation package that includes base pay, restricted stock units, quarterly bonus payments, health benefits from day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry-leading ESPP with a 2-year look-back feature.
