Job Description

Oversee daily operations within the accounting and finance department to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement financial strategies and goals. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Provide leadership and mentoring to team members to support professional growth. Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders as needed. Monitor and manage financial risks to protect the organization's assets.

The Successful Applicant
