Great Hill is seeking a Program Manager Coordinator who will provide direct support to the NEA / AC office's mission by coordinating foreign assistance programming, facilitating interagency communication, and managing a discrete portfolio of country, thematic, or project-based initiatives. The incumbent will work independently with limited oversight, serving as a key liaison across Department of State elements.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Program & Portfolio Management

• Manage a defined portfolio (country, thematic, or project-based), aligning activities with NEA / AC policy objectives.
• Develop and maintain country program / foreign assistance resource inventories, budgets, and project data in NEA / AC systems.
• Prepare internal and external reports on strategies, budgets, performance, and evaluations.
• Support grants management, including reviewing quarterly performance reports, monitoring ongoing programs, and making funding recommendations.
• Assist in developing Congressional Notifications, action memos, and funding transfer documents in coordination with internal offices and the Office of the Legal Advisor.
