Campus Minister (Protestant Ecumenical Ministry)

The Campus Minister for Protestant and Ecumenical Ministry provides support to all Creighton students, while their primary function will be to coordinate worship opportunities and other offering directed at students from varied Protestant denominations. Additionally, they will oversee and coordinate 2–3 retreats each year. The individual must be a self-starter who possess a strong foundation in theology.

Their responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Ecumenical Worship :

Collaborate with local ordained ministers to coordinate presiders for the weekly “Common Well” liturgy that takes place on campus.

Through building relationships and collection and use of data, assess the needs of students and discern appropriate programming to meet those needs while forming students in our Jesuit mission.

Collaborate with Retreats Professional Staff to develop retreat content (liturgy, student talks, etc.).

Engaging in outreach to Protestant and non-affiliated students.
