CMBG3 Law is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, preferably within a law firm or legal environment—and will be responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle for attorneys, paralegals, and legal support professionals. This role is critical to the continued growth and success of our team and will help ensure we attract top-tier talent aligned with the firm’s values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for legal and administrative positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create customized recruiting strategies
- Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, law school outreach, networking, and referrals
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate and support lateral hiring, law school outreach, and summer associate programs
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure hiring goals and timelines are met
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts by building inclusive candidate pipelines and applying best practices in hiring
- Collaborate with HR and other internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
Requirements : Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with significant talent acquisition experience in a law firm setting will also be considered2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environmentStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
