Location - Oakland, CA (Hybrid, Onsite 1-3 x a month)

Manage the candidate offer process, including background verification, pre-employment drug screens, offer approval process, SAP entry, and candidate correspondencePartner with Recruiters and Recruiting Manager to ensure proper execution of the hiring processServe as primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal customersOversee travel details and communications between candidatesProactively and positively respond to candidate inquiries, concerns and needsResponsible for applicant tracking system maintenance, auditing, compliance, and ensuring all applicants are properly trackedManage the candidate offer process, including background verification, pre-employment drug screens, offer approval process, SAP entry, and candidate correspondencePartner with HR staff and internal customers to ensure positive transition from candidate to new hire on-boardingCreate new hire documents and ensure timely receipt of documentsResponsible for generating reports from the applicant tracking systemProvide a high degree of professionalism and customer focusPromptly respond to internal customers requests for service and guides customer to the appropriate service provider; will be knowledgeable about all Talent Acquisition services and processes and provides single-call resolutionPrioritizes and coordinates work to ensure the needs of the Recruiters / customers and candidates are metManage confidential files and other privileged informationRequired :
High school diplomaMinimum of 3 years administrative experienceMinimum of 2 years of Recruiting Coordinator experienceMinimum of 2 years experience with web-based applicant tracking system (ATS) management and reportingDesired :
Minimum of 2 years experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office. Intermediate MS Excel experience and working with large data sets in spreadsheetsExperience working with SAP e Recruiting (ATS), Knowledgeable of Recruiting Lifecycle processExperience working with background check vendor
